Childcare
Provide high-quality childcare for children from 3 months up to 5 years or when they go to primary school. We have a dedicated, cosy baby area and a place for the toddlers to explore with supervision. The preschool room affords the children the opportunities to be more independent and hands-on in managing their own play and experiences.
Out of school
We provide out-of-school care all year round for children in the neighbouring schools as well as in the general community. We offer breakfast club from 7:30am and drop-off as well as collection and after-school club to children attending Park Spring and other local primary schools. Our half-term and summer holiday club is fun and creative; it’s open to primary-age children up to 11 years.
Activities
We offer a wealth of experiences to the children who attend our nursery through the activities that we provide. Our indoor environment is stimulating, while the outdoor creates amazing opportunities for play. In addition to this, we travel near and far to places such as allotments, museums, farms, parks and go on interesting coach rides.

Fun Constructive play
It has been proven that children learn best through play, and armed with this knowledge, we have created an environment both indoors and outdoors that enhances the opportunities for children to learn through their play. Every toy and piece of equipment has been carefully chosen to facilitate this.

When you join New Beginnings, you become a member of our family. Our family partnership is strong without being intrusive. We take cognisance of the attachment theory in settling your child by being emotionally responsive to their needs, which leads to settled and happy children at our nursery.
Safe & Inclusive Environment
We take the utmost care of our environments to ensure that they are safe and conducive for play and learning. All our doors have double lock systems that are out of reach of the children. We have also tailored our environment to be welcoming to every child, right from the decor, lighting, resources and the general ambience. All our doors are wheelchair accessible making our settings further accessible to all children of varying abilities.
Competent Educators
We put a lot of effort into the quality of educators that we employ and their Continuous Professional Development once they join us. Our Nursery group is led by a Qualified Early Years Teacher who also holds a Masters degree in IT Management and Organisational Change. All our team leaders have a minimum L5 qualification and 98% of our practitioners hold an Early Years Educators L3 Diploma.
