What ages do you cater to?

 We provide care and education for children aged  0–5 years and holiday club for children from 5 years to 11 years

 Our nurseries operate from 7:30am to 6:00pm, (some settings open earlier) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 Yes, we are open throughout the year except for Christmas and bank holidays.

What curriculum do you follow?

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to ensure high-quality care and education.

Safety and Wellbeing

What measures do you have in place for child safety?

We have strict safeguarding policies, secure premises, and well-trained staff to ensure that safety is maintained at all times.

We work closely with parents to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences with tailored meal plans.

 If your child becomes unwell, we will contact you immediately and follow our illness policy.

We use positive reinforcement and age-appropriate strategies to encourage good behavior.

  1.  We adhere to the EYFS guidelines for staff-to-child ratios, ensuring adequate supervision at all times.

Fees and Enrollment

What are your fees?

Our fees depend on the age group and session type. Please contact us for a detailed fee structure.

 Yes, we offer places under government-funded schemes for eligible families with places for 9 months, 2 years and 3-4 years olds

Yes, there is a one-time registration fee. This will secure your child’s place.

 Fees are payable monthly in advance by bank transfer, or standing order.

You can enroll your child by completing our registration form online or contacting your nearest nursery.

Communication and Support

How do you communicate with parents?

We use various media to keep you informed about your child’s activities and nursery events, we use Family, Tapestry and Babysdays.

Yes, we welcome parent participation in special events and activities at our nurseries throughout the year.  Check our nursery calendar to see any event that you would like to attend.

 We value your feedback and have a clear complaints procedure, which is available on request.

Our trained staff work closely with parents and external professionals to create individualised plans for children with additional needs.

 Yes, we aim to be flexible and accommodate changes, subject to availability.
